About the event

WordCamp Dublin is a two day not-for-profit conference for WordPress users, hobbyists, web developers, designers and business owners. During the weekend, you will have a chance to meet hundreds of others who are new or experienced in using the platform. There will also be a pre-day to the Camp with workshops for DCU.

You will have the chance to learn from speakers and other attendees about how to build and make your WordPress websites even more successful. There will be coding and web development based sessions as well as ones covering other website areas, like marketing and business.

We will be featuring many aspects of the awesome WordPress community and run a Contributor Session as part of the conference itself.

To keep you energised during the event, lunch, tea and coffee will be available in the main breaks. There will be WordCamp and sponsor swag too.

WordCamps come in all different flavours, based on the local communities that produce them. WordCamps are casual, locally-organised, non-profit conferences covering everything related to WordPress. The Open Source content management software and platform powers more than 75 million sites on the web.
